Truth be told, I had plans to title this post, “It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas” or something around there. However, a photo shoot outside in Texas at 90°, yeah well I figured that was automatically disqualified. There goes Texas weather saying “nanny, nanny, boo-boo” to all of the retailers and their Winter apparel departments!
But seriously what a fun shoot. This past Sunday I made the journey out to D’Hanis, Texas. Oh say you don’t know where D’Hanis is? Never heard of it? Well that’s probably because it is quite the speck on the map. A short drive outside of Hondo, D’Hanis is a great little farming and ranching community with great food and not to mention great people!
So I went out to take pictures for a family. There were three generations present. I just love that the most about these sort of pictures. You really can’t put a value on what these will mean 10, 20, 50 years down the line.
This one I just had to post. Absolutely loved Logan. Happy, happy baby. Only smiles and the occasional look of confusion. Gotta love the shots that catch that look too! Can’t wait to finish these up tonight.
Will post more soon! And if you are in the Medina/Bexar County area and would like Christmas pictures and/or cards done, feel free to give me a shout! You can reach me best by my email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Have a great evening everyone!
